Meet Oro Gold

I was born and raised in the San Francisco–Oakland Bay Area. My early career journey began in the fashion and beauty industries where I worked as a model, stylist, personal shopper for high-profile clients, retail professional and makeup artist with Estée Lauder. Those early experiences shaped my understanding of beauty, presentation, and the confidence that comes from showing up well in the world. Over time my curiosity expanded beyond aesthetics into understanding how people not only show up well on the outside, but how they show up well for themselves on the inside, in order to live a life fully, and thrive.

​I earned a BA in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Organizational Development, and continued my education in legal studies. I received advanced training in human behavior, mediation, conflict resolution, labor relations and leadership. For nearly two decades, I have worked as an executive consultant specializing in employment law and human resources.

Across both corporate and creative spaces, one truth became undeniable to me; the most impactful women were not simply polished, they were grounded, emotionally intelligent, self-aware, and deeply connected to themselves. Their radiance was contagious, which increased morale and motivated others. They were mission focused, and treated others with dignity and respect.

​That revelation became the foundation of Oro Gold Living. I believe that true beauty is not something we chase it is something we cultivate. It is the natural result of nourishing the body, renewing the mind, honoring the soul, and making aligned choices over time. It is found in wellness, discipline, discernment, softness, strength, and the quiet confidence of a woman who truly knows who she is.

Today, I merged my background in beauty, executive consulting, leadership, and personal transformation to create resources for women who want to thrive in every area of life. I want to inspire "Lifestyle She-EOs" to embrace wellness, healing, confidence, and elevated living as a lifestyle not just an aspiration.

​My philosophy is rooted in stewardship, and the belief that beauty is not something to chase, but something we cultivate through informed choices, mental clarity, nourishment, movement, and spiritual grounding. When the mind is steady, the body is supported and the soul is protected, beauty becomes a natural expression, rather than a forced performance. By dispelling outdated beauty myths and focusing on sustainable, soul-nourishing practices, I seek to create a new standard for the modern woman who values beauty as much as depth.
