I was born and raised in the San Francisco–Oakland Bay Area. My early career journey began in the fashion and beauty industries where I worked as a model, stylist, personal shopper for high-profile clients, retail professional and makeup artist with Estée Lauder. Those early experiences shaped my understanding of beauty, presentation, and the confidence that comes from showing up well in the world. Over time my curiosity expanded beyond aesthetics into understanding how people not only show up well on the outside, but how they show up well for themselves on the inside, in order to live a life fully, and thrive.

I earned a BA in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Organizational Development. I also attended first year law school and obtained many certifications relating to the psychology of human behavior, conflict resolution, mediation, human resources and employment law. For nearly two decades, I have worked as an executive consultant specializing in employment law and human resources, and what I discovered is that people that were able to connect and understand themselves first, on a deeper level, from a balanced, and healthy lifestyle, presented themselves well in the workplace; and appeared happier. Their radiance was contagious, which increased morale and motivated others, they were mission focused, emotionally intelligent leaders that treated others with dignity and respect, thus people were drawn to their inner and outer beauty.

Many of the same women I encountered in both professional, and creative spaces were concerned with deeper questions relating to confidence, burnout, lack of health and wellness knowledge and lack of self-care routines. That realization led me back to the beauty space with a broader vision. Over the years women have come to me for advice and consultation related to fashion, work-life balance, diet, exercise, skincare, cosmetic and beauty routines.
